
The months of July and August are the peak summer months for visitors to Niseko and domestically it is not for the amazing golf, hiking, fishing or cycling; it is for the amazing produce that this gourmet region produces.
We are lucky to live in a area that is famed by international tourists and local Japanese for its snow during the winter months but revered nationally for the quality of its produce. Potatoes, Yellow and Green Zucchini or Courgette, Aubergine or Eggplant, Asparagus, Gherkins, Green Chillis, Bell Peppers, seasonal herbs, Lebanese and Asian Cucumbers and Tomotoes of all sizes and shapes- for me the best in the world particularly the Beef Master we get which are just about to come into season are ready to eat in the region now and honestly it doesn't get any better than this.
