Niseko is famed amongst skiers for it's powder snow and amongst locals for it's amazing produce. Recently, Niseko was visited by celebrated Chef and Author Anthony Bourdain as part of his television series No Reservations.

Visiting my two favourite restaurants in the area was surprising as I am sure there many many more in the area that could have been included.

The first, Torimatsu, is already on our website, the second, Raku-ichi, is not as easy to find but as you can see from the clip below is a very traditional experience and one that will change your ideas about soba noodles.
