Catered Breaks in Niseko

From 6800JPY per day, and available for reservations of three nights or more, with Niseko Gourmet’s catered breaks you’ll enjoy first name service, breakfast, canapés, gourmet dinners and fine wines served by your own chef and host.

Catered breaks offer you the choice of either a modern Japanese home style or an International experience.

Catered breaks at Niseko Gourmet include

A chef and host
who will be available in your property from 7.30am until 10.30am and between 5.30pm and 9pm.

Champagne, schochu, sake or whisky
reception on the first evening. The choice is yours.

Breakfast served daily from 8am to 9am
Your host and chef will arrive at your accommodation at least 30 minutes prior to service and begin their daily routine.
Your host will set the breakfast table and begin tea and coffee service as soon as you awake, whether it is in bed, in the lounge or at the breakfast table.  A continental breakfast will be set on the table for your enjoyment including fresh tea and coffee, fresh juices, mixed yoghurts, homemade muesli, a selection of cereals, toast, fresh fruit and freshly baked pastries.

Your chef will cook a daily changing hot Japanese or Western breakfast to order.

Children’s dinner
is served at the earlier time of 6pm. This allows you to put your kids to bed after dinner, or have them sitting happily watching a movie while you enjoy your adult’s dinner later.  Your host will serve and supervise a delicious children’s dinner, which has been prepared from fresh ingredients by your chef. Children’s dinner includes a main course followed by dessert. We understand that your children’s holiday and their diet is extremely important to you, so we will do our best to accommodate any special requests and dietary needs.

Adult’s dinner
served daily from 7.30pm.  A choice of either the Japanese home style dinner or Japanese or International experience is available.

Wine
has been selected by our Tokyo sommelier and is available for purchase throughout the duration of your catered break.

The International dinner
begins with canapés served in the lounge room of your accommodation. Following canapés a four course dinner will be served at the dining table, which will have been set by your host. The four course dinner includes a starter, main, dessert, cheese plate, tea and coffee prepared and cooked in front of you by your chef.

The Japanese dinner
includes a five course dinner served to you at the dining table, which will have been set by your host. The cuisine is home style and is inspired by the Kanto, Kansai and Hokkaido regions of Japan and will be prepared and cooked in front of you by your cook. Your host will serve dinner to you, and be available for any questions regarding the food, wine or questions that you may have about the resort.
