The International dinner menu includes an aperatif, canapés, entrée, main, dessert, cheese plate, tea and coffee.
Niseko Gourmet uses the freshest possible ingredients inspired by flavours of the world to create a unique and interesting dining experience.
Choose one dish from each starter, main and dessert. Please choose only one of each course per group reservation.
8400JPY Per Person. Some menu’s attract a supplement of ¥1000.
To start
Hokkaido crab, cucumber, lime, wasabi mayonnaise salad
Pork belly, pan roasted scallop, truffle salad

Duck leg confit, braised red cabbage, potatoes boulangerie, cherry sauce
