Niseko Gourmet’s Sachiko Kageyama hosts Japanese cooking workshops in the Niseko Gourmet Cooking Studio from 11am to 2pm. Workshops include Japanese home cooking, cooking with tofu and a supermarket tour followed by preparation of a Japanese lunch set.
