As part of most skiing and snowboarding holidays, Ski School experiences are sometimes what can make your holiday that tiny bit better.

As a result, we strongly recommend that you pre book all lessons prior to your arrival and if you are a native English speaker or use it as a second language, Niseko Boutiques recommend the following ski schools as they have English speaking staff and instructors.

Niseko Base Sports (NBS), Niseko International Snowsports School (NISS) or Pro Powder.

Upon booking your accommodation, please advise us if you would like us to arrange your lessons and we will be happy to discuss suitable options that are available.

NBS – NBS has two convenient locations in the village, one at the bottom of the Family lift in the Alpen Ridge building and one on Route 343 next to the Ski Japan office opposite Sasayaki Avenue. NBS has a large range of products for rental, as well as retail and most importantly lessons from their qualified multi-lingual instructors. A bonus with NBS at Alpen Ridge is the coffee shop on the corner to help get you going in the morning or freshen your up in the afternoon.

NISS – NISS has two locations for their Snowsports Schools, one in Hirafu at the bottom of the King Pair Lift, and one in the Hanazono 308 building which is also a day centre featuring coffee shops, several food options, a children's day centre for those having lessons, and the important NISS office. Hanazono 308 is the drop-off and pick-up points for the free shuttles to and from Hirafu.

Pro Powder - Pro Powder is based exclusively in Hirafu and has a small team of dedicated instructors offering private and group lessons. Meeting point for their lessons are outside the ticket office at the base of the Ace Quad Lift.
