Just also wanted to thank you so much for everything you did for us all while we were in Niseko. It was the best family holiday our family has had, and this was helped a lot by the amount of organising that you did to make things easier. We will definitely be back, think we will be a bit more organised next time now we have a bit of a lay of the land!

This was a second year running for us skiing in Niseko and putting up at Ishi Couloir. The cottage is delightful and well thought of. The warm basement keeps our skis and snowboarding stuffs dry. The bedrooms all a very comfortable size. The baths neat with great water pressure and hot water. The kitchens and living rooms nice and warm. We couldn't ask for more as several houses down the street, we can catch shuttles. The service was also fantastic as our apartments were regularly cleaned and John was kind enough to shuttle us daily to the slopes. Walking to eateries for dinner is also not a problem - on average 5 to 10 minute walk to the heart of Hirafu.

Our first ever family ski experience was in Niseko. We had heard great things about the resort being child friendly and the skiing great for all levels - and our holiday exceeded our expectations. This is largely due to the fabulous hospitality provided by Ishi Colouir and it's staff. The apartment gave us a fantastic, comfortable and spacious family base - perfect for unwinding after a day up the mountain. Coupled with the extremely friendly and helpful staff we were able to totally relax. Nothing was too much effort, even though ahead of our stay one of the Ishi staff had suffered a broken leg - we would never have known that the staff were down on numbers as their help remained exemplary. The Indian restaurant at the end of the street and wine being delivered was simply icing on the cake ! Will be certainly look to be back in 2011 ! Thank you Tess and team for the delicious food and service you provided us over the week we stayed in Niseko. From filling us up with super fresh breakfast everyday to keep our skiing engines running at full speed, to the children's home made pizza night and to top it all off the luxury dinner you prepared for us. The presentation was first class and the food absolutely delicious. The variety of food provided and quantity was awesome. Once again, thank you Tess for your outstanding service and quality of local food. We will be definitely be recommending you to our friends and we look forward to using you again in the future.
